ここのところドメインの移管を立て続けに頼まれて
ちょっと引っかかったことが細々あったのでメモしておく
ドメインの移管の手続きは基本的に世界中で一緒だけど
レジストラによって細部で微妙な差異がある
Melbourne IT ではAuth Code のことを Authinfo という
Melbourne IT では ドメインごとに管理画面へ入るためのパスワード Registry Key というのがある
Melbourne IT では Account が別途あり料金支払や private registration のオンオフはこちらでやる
private registration とは whois情報に自分の情報じゃなくて業者の情報を載せるやつ
private registration を切らないと移管はできない
Melbourne IT では最終段階でもう一度確認のメールが来てそれを4日間放置して初めて移管完了

ムームードメインへの移管は
料金後払いで用意されている支払い方法がすべて選べる
僕は当初、Melbourne IT のドメインごとの Registry Keyしか教えてもらってなかったので
whois情報が隠れているなあとおもいつつ
とにかく一度移管を申し込むも手続き進まず
管理画面みたりヘルプ読んだりして
private registration の存在を見つける
そこでprivate registration が有効なままで移管できるかどうか問い合わせ
返事がきてそれはできないと
（返事がすごく早かったなあ、時差が少ないせい？）
次にどうやってprivate registration を切るのか問い合わせ
Accountがあれば管理画面からできるヨと返事
ドメインの管理していた人へ問い合わせ
Account教えてちょ
Account教えてもらう
private registration ようやく切れてwhois書き換えできた
あとは粛々と手続き進む
改めて思ったこと
英語の勉強は欠かさず続けるべし
